Your First Consultation

At your initial visit to our West End Edinburgh practice, we begin by taking a detailed case history including past accidents, injuries, operations, and your current concerns. Following this, a gentle body stress assessment is carried out.

A series of light, precise impulses are applied, encouraging the muscles to relax and restoring communication signals to the brain, thus supporting your body's natural self-healing response.

Body Stress Release is never forceful. your body responds best to a subtle, accurate stimulus. Many Edinburgh clients describe the technique as surprisingly gentle yet deeply effective.

Maintenance

After your initial three Body Stress Release sessions in Edinburgh, we'll assess how your body has responded. A maintenance programme helps support long-term wellbeing and prevents stored tension from building up again.

Kara, your BSR Practitioner, will help you decide what works best for your lifestyle. Typically, clients choose monthly sessions or appointments every two months to maintain their progress.

Just as you would regularly service your car to prevent problems, maintaining your body helps avoid major issues and keeps it functioning at its best.
